⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really impressed with the service from Young Motors/GWM Geraldton. I had an issue with my GWM Cannon while away on holidays, and from the moment the vehicle was towed to the dealership, their communication and customer service were excellent. They kept me informed throughout the diagnosis and repair process, and GWM Customer Care also got involved and made sure I had suitable transport while the vehicle was being looked at. The issue ended up being something relatively simple but what really stood out was how well the situation was handled from start to finish. Having a vehicle that is essential for my business, the after-sales support and willingness to help took a lot of stress out of the situation. I’ve had a great experience with GWM’s after-sales care and would definitely recommend Young Motors and GWM vehicles to anyone considering one.
